Peter Ramsdale

Managing Director

Peter set up ICS in 2010 following a long and distinguished career developing customer loyalty solutions across a number of industry sectors. While at ICL Retail Systems, Peter worked closely with Sainsbury's to develop their 'Reward' loyalty scheme and as Sales Director at Air Miles, he was responsible for developing programmes for major clients including Shell, BUPA, Lloyds/TSB, AXA, Mercedes Benz and Sainsbury's. Later, working for a number of CRM suppliers, he led the implementation of customer management solutions at Unilever, Ofcom, BT and British Airways. As Sales and Marketing Director of UK Smart he also successfully launched the UK's first Internet Prepaid Card and 'Teens' Portal, committing over 100 retailers and establishing major affinity partnerships.
